How do I care for my Polène bag?
To preserve the quality of the leather, avoid prolonged exposure to light and humidity. We recommend applying a specialized leather milk periodically and storing your bag in its original cotton dust bag.
What is your return policy?
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your order. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and labels.
